Friendly service, sandwich and fries was so fresh. Chicken was crispy and tender and juicy. Must try their classic chicken sandwich. It was delicious Everyone seems to waiting few mins for food. Which is ok. Long as we get fresh food I don’t mind the wait. During this difficult time it’s very nice to see everyone was wearing gloves while preparing food. Thank you.
My experience at this place is great. Service was very fast as well as amazing food and i highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Staff is very polite and hardworking they provide excellent services . Me nd my friends always had a good time there .
I saw an ad for the new flounder on a bun, had to try. It was really good. A sizable battered fish slab completely filled the bun with extra fish sticking out a couple inches on one side. Pickle, tarter and a hot sauce, I ordered the spicy version. It made me sweat and blow my nose. Was not just white guy spicy but actually so. Although next time I will buy the regular as an English/Irish man I want to taste the fish and tarter sauce rather than habanaro. They had cherry coke in the fountain! Correctly sugared the outside of the strawberry cream cheese pie also, which other locations can be inconsistent. It's not the same if it's missing.
Ordered a poutine and got exactly what I was expecting. A good amount of hot fresh fresh fries with gravy and cheese curds in the right sized container. There was another customer doing a large order when I walked in and they opened another register to take my order so I wouldn't have to wait. Much much better than the Bramalea and sandalwood location.
Service was slow, and I was the only customer there... but the staff are friendly. Food was a bit off, the bread on my chicken sandwich was a bit soggy:/ Overall, not that bad.
I have been to this location a few times and I really enjoy the food here. I agree with some of the reviews here about having to wait for the food but it's fresh and the quality is always great. Staff is always great aswell.Food: 5/5

Garbage service. Need change of management. As I go through reviews . Owner likes to reply to good reviews. Bad reviews are not taken care of . Looks like Popeyes these days hands store to just anyone. Employees work with AirPods tuning out what customer needs. Especially old guy works there needs early retirement
Do you wanna throw up? then eat chicken from this place, after first or second bite you will see the real magic of their chicken. Before giving the feedback I wanted to see the lowest reviews what I saw is that the owner believes all the bad feedback he has gotten are fake and all the good feedback are real so let’s see how he takes my review lolz I mean this is what I am talking about instead of acknowledging the problem the owner is arguing with everyone who puts bad reviews I wish you would put the same effort in cooking fresh chicken like you do in argument anyways the chicken was fully dry and i had to use Aari The saw cutter to cut the chicken into pieces and i still couldn’t eat it, i didn’t like your chicken at all and customer service is 0 out of 10 because you refused to refund me my money even though your chicken was full of bad smell and fully dry. Will buy next time from mayfield and Gorway Drive location or King Road and Highway 27 location But will never buy from here never.
Picked up food for the family last night. We all got separate combos As we were eating i did not get spicy chicken like i asked for & the worst was a long white hair imbedded in the fries of my wife's chicken tenders combo.. Food is good if you get what you want. Hair is gross & nasty definitely they have to make sure hair nets work & all employees wear them @ all times.Quality control @ that location is non- existent.Attitude there is you get what i give you. And once your gone most won’t drive back & they count on that.
