I wouldn’t say it’s the greatest Popeyes in the world but it’s not the worst. They messed up my order one time and forget my sandwich, I went back and they gave me a free pie and extra fries. Pretty annoying though but I guess things happen. I spent about 40 bucks on the family meal, was it worth that no. But the service was good on this occasion.
We have never had a bad meal at any Popeyes. They have Great portions and tasty food. Kid-friendliness: They have dine in options with high chairs available . You can order spicy or non spicy food. Wheelchair accessibility: There us wheelchair access But be careful where you park. The wheelchair ramps are in poorly designed areas. This is the fault of the plaza, not Popeyes.
Like the chicken here, crispy and juicy. Some times found it a bit salty but acceptable. Onion wings, poutine, and biscuit is my favorite as well. Good customer service. Definitely will drop by again.
Absolutely the worst Popeyes Franchise. The customer service is horrible. They want to push you on the leftovers instead of making a new batch if they are out of chicken. They tell you some lie like it takes 30mins to make chicken, so they discourage you from ordering it. The Manager/owners are absolutely rude, always talk in their language so you can’t understand what their saying. I would not recommend this location at all.
Absolutely stellar meal of Southern fried chicken. Service can be hit or miss here, but picked up around 530p and the wait was less than 5 mins. The pieces were gigantic, hot, fresh and juicy. Pro tip - skip the legs, order thighs and pay the upcharge it's worth it.Food: 5/5
I had a terrible experience. I ordered five peace combo meal. All five pieces were leftovers from maybe the day before and there was no breast. When I questioned the manager on duty Kuldeep, she became very nasty and rude. Instead of correcting the mistake, she told me that's what we can give you and started fighting over exchanging one piece of chicken. According to Popeye's offer for five pieces of chicken, it does include a breast. After eating the food, I had severe food poisoning and couldn't sleep the entire night. After this terrible experience, I will never visit this location again. In fact, I am so scared that I will never eat from any popeye location again. I will be reporting this to their head offices both in Canada and in the US. Shame on the franchise owner of this location.
Can't go wrong with Popeyes. I do find their nuggets, tenders and sandwiches have gotten extra salty in the past year which is odd. Chicken pieces are the same.Food: 4/5
I have ordered and experienced fried chicken with onion rings for the first time and it was incredibly delicious. Its spicy flavoured but you can order mild as well. I recommend blackend ranch sauce to try along with chicken order. Must try their thursday/Wednesday special 3pc chicken combo deal. You will love it.

If you’re here for the wings, tenders, or the sandwiches I’d give them a 5 star. As for the chicken it’s really hit or miss cause they always make so many and pile them up under the heat lamp making them really old and dry.
