This store is really great. The associates are super kind and friendly. They are knowledgeable and create a welcoming vibe upon entry. The prices are comparable to any other supplement store. Personally really just love how nice the people are that work there. Highly recommend this location. Customer service excellence is an understatement.
Employees never hesitate to reach out and ask if I need any help from the get go. Employees are very knowledgeable of the products including letting me know what’s on sale and what’s discounted when I always come visit the store. Never fails too when I get free stuff. This is why there’s a lot more of Popeye’s Supplements than GNC. Remember them? Thank you for helping us be healthy and be at our best!
I don’t often review but I felt it was necessary here! Meaghan was very helpful and kind. She immediately asked if I needed a hand, let me try multiple flavours of her recommended protein powder, and gave me a discount on my cart. Generally a really positive buying experience; I’ll be back!

I walked in at 8:55 pm with 5 minutes to close with the intent of buying my protien and leave asap. Unfortunately my brand was sold out but Megan meghan? didn't rush and took her time to make alternative recommendations. Very positive experience at this location. I was one day late for the sale but the guy at the front helped me out and still offered me some discount to compensate so i ended up getting more stuff in that trip.
It was my first time shopping at this location and I looking for a product I was not necessarily aware of - I had only a few details about it; however, *all* the staff were great at narrowing down the details and finding the product I was looking for. They explained in detail about the various options I had and what each product did and/or was used for. All the employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Will definitely be shopping here again!
