This place has few of the best customer service people. I called to inquire about few things, don’t know the name of the guy but when I reachedhe was an asian dudehelped me with whatever I asked and knew what he was talking about, BUT the store needs to have more options.
I go here to get my Walden farms sugar free 0 cal syrups which I highly recommend if you want to cut down on calories without sacrificing flavour

not sure about the recent bad review on the shakes because the shakes are always tasty. Furthermore, they aren't made from milk but from frozen yogurt. Staff is generally pretty nice and helpful, especially the guy that has been there for a few years, as well as the manager.
The employees werent too knowledgeable regarding products. The atmosphere was very quiet.
