Pope's Italian Restaurant

Pope's Pizza is a long-standing restaurant in Saratoga Springs. The pizza is delicious, one of the best I've had. The crust is thin but crispy, the sauce tasty. You can choose multiple toppings. The Antipasto was full of meat, cheese, lettuce tomato and pickled vegetables. A Small will feed four people. Well worth a visit.

Pizza was OK. I'm pretty sure it would've been a lot better if we wouldn't of ordered the "loaded". All of the vegetables made the super thin crust very wet. We had to eat it with a fork it was so wet. The cheese looked like it was a bit better. Oh yeah they use canned mushrooms which is no bueno!!Food: 3/5

In the middle of moving to a new house the area, figure it's time to try the take out spots nearby and well can cross this place off the list. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was just absolutely disgusting. Sloppy, soggy, had random crunches throughout the dough. Half the pizza was a different color. The amount of oil was ridiculous. The cook told me it was her first time making it, which I don't blame her but the lack of training. If it was hard for her I would've just ordered a pepperoni pizza. Also the cash only thing was a big inconvenience.

Tried their pizza and boneless wings. Pizza was pretty good but wings were mediocre at best. Good for the price!

no fuss, simple, good food. the gentleman serving us was really nice. Says no cash but there's an ATM machine inside.

Ordered from Pope's twice now both times has been pizza's and mottarella sticks. The pizza is amazing!! From one day to the next the pizza quality does not differ. Thin crust, cheesy, one of the best in Saratoga for a pizza joint. Will order again from Pope's. Be prepared the man who answers the phone is rude- one word responses and whispers. However, because the quality of pizza's I can look away at his rudeness. Prices are inline with other shops 2 pizza's and sticks under $45-

Just had me wait 1 hour 45. For 1 pizza. Couldn’t care less caputos is my new go to pizza
