Pooles cycle is hands down my favourite place to get parts. The staff is incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and always has what I need in stock. Lots of history within this store, even if you want to just check it out you won’t be disappointed!
As a Sportster owner, I have relied on Poole's and they always impress me with their availability of OEM and aftermarket parts. Staff are knowlegable and great people.
I had a great experience with this shop. Thought I’d have to order the part I was after. They had it in stock and also had a used one for 1/6 the price of the new one.

Ive never had a problem with these guys, they tell you like it is and want you back on the road, but in a safe manner. Jim has been great with me calling about anything I need to ask. I would and am going to recommend this business to anyone that wants there Harley fixed right the first time!
Hands down best bike shop i have been to ever. They had my parts in stock for my 1982 shovelhead. they are extremely knowledgeable and made sure i got all the right gaskets i needed without hassle. Thank you pooles.
I had heard service here want great and was a totally told to go elsewhere. I disagree. I went in as a new rider in need of gear and got all the friendly help I needed selecting the right helmet and gloves. When I got home and the helmet felt a bit big and brought it back for a no hassle quick exchange and was on my way. Thanks for getting me started I'll be back for the Harley eventually!
