It's been said the highest compliment is a referral. We are pleased to do exactly that for Pool Doctors. We had Brandon and Terry come out for our initial meet and greet and quickly thereafter engaged Pool Doctors to transform our back and front yard. We found this team to be knowledgeable about market products and honest throughout the whole process. We agreed on a scope of work; established a budget and time frame, Pool Doctors delivered their services on time and with no hidden costs. Nowadays, that is hard to come by and very refreshing. They are true masters of their trade. Their work is impeccable and they take such pride in everything they do, from answering your questions to precision construction of our pool and landscaping both hard and soft. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, including the look of our absolutely beautiful new yard that we refer to as Puerto Backyarda, they truly transformed our property. Our only regret is we didn't engage their services sooner. Without hesitation we would recommend Pool Doctors and each of their tradesmen. All the lads were friendly, polite and super hard workers. We will certainly be calling on them again should the need arise. We had been dreaming of redesigning our entire backyard with a pool, waterfall, patio, cabana....the whole works for years. The Pool Doctors came highly recommended to us and after interviewing some other pool companies, we felt they captured exactly what we wanted. It was a massive project, but everything was clearly mapped out and detailed. Terry and his Team would come up with creative idea's along the way which turned out to be brilliant. We absolutely love our backyard, and enjoy it through all the seasons. Our neighbours can't get over how stunning it looks, and are thrilled to come over for a swim. The Pool Doctors took care of everything from start to finish, there was no job too big or too small, which made the process seamless. I also appreciate their level of customer service, any questions I have they're addressed promptly and professionally. Needless to say, Terry has become a friend which is awesome as we'll continue to use their services for the entire maintenance of our pool for years to come!
Pool Doctors had been working in our area in Georgetown and we heard great things about them so after only getting one other quote, we hired them without a second thought. Brandon and Terry are very personable young men who presented a beautiful vision for our backyard. They have a wonderful group of guys working for them who were always very polite and friendly and who always kept us involved every step along the way. Mike and his crew created a stunning cascading waterfall feature which really is the focal point of the pool. Niall and his crew built a beautiful stone outdoor kitchen as well. The project took longer than expected because of all the unexpected rain we got in April and May but they took care of every little detail and addressed any concerns we had very quickly. I highly recommend them and on our street alone, they're already doing 2 other pools. If you're thinking of getting a pool, give them a call and I assure you, you won't be disappointed.
Brandon, Terry , Tony & team are rock stars! Their customer service is nothing short of spectacular. Our pool is gorgeous and the Oasis they created is beautiful. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and delightful experience .
We had an absolutely terrific experience with Pool Doctors. This started from the initial consultation and continued through to completion. The team is courteous, hardworking and respectful. From the dig Crew led by Mike, the landscape crew led by Wil and the finishing crew led by Jon, you will find their main goal is that you are serviced above and beyond.
