Didnt have a good experience in the emergency appointments. Waited over an hour which is expected though. Waiting area is right in front of all the rooms so you can easily hear if theyre speaking loud enough which is uncomfortable. The Dr I was placed with Helene chenard was very quick and in a rush. Always cutting me off. Didnt appreciate it didnt feel heard. Whenever I tried to speak or say something she would cut me off and as another question.
It's an incredible place.nPlease try to avoid it, I know that most of us have no choice but to grab any appointment for a doctor, but the doctors and receptionist in this clinic lack professionalism and morality.nFor example, the doctor did not call me back after bad blood tests , even though his duty as a doctor is to do so..nnI had to ask them for a copy and check it myself, and when I asked them why the doctor did not call back, the rude receptionist said you have to take another appointment!!nnHow please let me know ... he is not my family doctor, and our health system will not allow me to make an appointment with the same doctor.nBut she didn't care, and the doctor did not care..!!nnThe other thing is the parking, This center has huge parking but is very expensive.nAs if the government is not paying them for their doctors..!!
Pathetic receptionist. No comments on the services but when you visit a health center, you definitely have a lot of questions and when you face a rude pathetic receptionist, that’s the least you want. Please get rid of her and you will do much better.

The reception staff’s demeanor in these situations seemed less than accommodating, potentially contributing to a less-than-optimal patient experience.nnFurthermore, during interactions with patients, I observed that staff members can be quite loud. While I understand the necessity of clear communication, it raised concerns about privacy and confidentiality. Maintaining a quieter, more discreet atmosphere during customer interactions could help alleviate such concerns.nnAddressing these additional points, along with the previous ones, could significantly contribute to creating a more comfortable and respectful environment for patients at your clinic. I appreciate your attention to these matters and trust in your commitment to providing quality healthcare.
Is going through renovations but services not being affected. Our doctor's office is not as large but functional.
