This clinic is very poorly organized. I'm lucky to have a family doctor, but I can't get an appointment because when I call, there are never any openings. My problem isn't urgent a skin lesion. They tell me the schedule hasn't been released yet, that I should maybe call back on a certain day at 8:30 a.m. because when you call at 10:00 a.m., all the appointments are already booked. I start work at 8:30 a.m., and I don't have time to call two or three days in advance. It's a lottery to get through and then get an appointment. The receptionist should take down the names of people who want an appointment and call them back when the schedule is released... but no, we have to waste our time being told there are no openings, that we have to call back the following week... I've never even seen an available appointment with my doctor online. I'm completely discouraged. It is disrespectful to customers to think that all we have to do is compete to get the line and an appointment.
For two months I've been calling and/or going online to try to get an appointment with my doctor. It's impossible! There are never any openings. It's completely inhumane and discouraging. If you want an appointment, it means something's wrong!nnI feel sorry for those who work and have even less time to waste.nIs this your way of protesting against the government, by penalizing patients?
The wait for a phone appointment is far too long. The message is played far too frequently while waiting for an answer; each time you hope it's the receptionist, but it's just the standard greeting. The wait time is 30 minutes or more to book an appointment, whether scheduled or walk-in. As for the doctor, A1, no complaints.
This is the first time in 6 years since I've been an orphaned client that I've had a nurse practitioner IPL who handles my healthcare follow-up impeccable, she deserves 5 stars. She needs to improve her appointment scheduling system.
