The worst receptionist services I have ever experienced. Unfriendly, do not look you in the eye . Unprofessional. Calling the specialist office is nightmare. You're on hold forever ,no possibility to leave a message. People are busy and cannot afford to be hold endlessly.
Good service better then before now you don't has to wait so long in less the one hour the time and you see a Doctor receptionists are very polite.
The clinic is great but the doctor who saw my mother, Dr’ Leureux was a nightmare. So rude, wouldn’t speak a single word of English to her, completely dismissive. If I knew how to make a formal complaint I would.
Definitely a horrible clinic. Most of the doctors are absolutely fantastic. The receptionists are the absolute worst. They are rude and condescending. I feel like the only qualification to be one of the secretaries here is having been fired from McDonald's
The lady at the front desk for the walking clinique did not speak a single english word and I had a hard time communicating with her! The wait was long despite having an appointment!
