Quiet old building to live in. Security on site around the clock.
Well managed building. Great community
Great location for apartment. But I have always had a terrible experience with some of the people at the concierge especially Ash. He is one of the most judgemental person Ive ever met and always feel like hes talking down to me when we have an conversation.
I cant believe how unbelievable rude the concierge is. Particularly Ash, he acts like hes so much better than anyone and every interaction I had with him has been unpleasant.
WORST CONCIERGE IN TORONTO 5 YEARS IN A ROW: MR. MASSOOD KHAN. Terrible attitude towards almost all people. This dog of a person needs to be fired or go to school/training to learn how to interact with other humans before he is let out!!! It is unfair that residents and their guests have to deal with human with such bad attitude.

Place to live, good Chinese restaurant on main floor and 7/11
Old complex but in the heart of downtown.
Still under construction at the moment... first few levels are commercial with upper levels residential
