Poli Mortgage is one of best mortgage and refinancing teams I have even been worked with. This is already my 4th time working with them on refinancing in past 2 yrs. A small but extremely efficient team that takes care of custom's needs really in a very efficient way. Effective team communication with either the agent Cindy or processor Richard. One of other best things the provide is that you can check your own mortgage rate online and in real time, not like other lenders that you have to either email or call the agent to get just a rate update. This is very important before you want to lock your rate. Also they have no point, no cost refinancing and the rate you get is not any worse, sometime is better than the banks.

We have used Poli Mortgage several times now and each occassion has been a positive experience. The firm's responsiveness and attention to detail have helped to make each transaction very efficient and as painless as possible. JUST HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. GIVING ME A LOT HARD TIME. IF THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT TAKE MY LOAN AT THE BEGINNING THINGS WILL BE BETTER. THEY CHECKED MY EVERYTHING AND TOLD ME THEY WILL APPROVE MY LOAN IF I PROVIDE MY TAX TRANSCRIPT WHICH IT TOOK ME ALMOST ONE MONTH TO GET IT. FINALLY THEY TOLD ME THE DEBT RATIO IS TOO TIGHT THEY REJECTED MY LOAN. IF DEBT RATIO IS THE REASON THEY SHOULD HAVE REJECT MY LOAN AT THE VERY BEGINNING BECAUSE THEY CHECKED ALL MY INCOME. THEY WASTED A LOT OF MY TIME AND PLAYED ME LIKE SOCCER. INTEREST RATE HAS UP NOW,

Visit them before you sign off on dealing with them for the transaction of your life, and see how disorganized their office is, how cramped, and try to picture this company doing your life's biggest financial transaction.
They are obviously overworked people in there and it shows. They do not call you back. They let your deadlines run down the wire. They do not take the time to explain or warn. They had you disclosures, all meant for lawyers, and believe you should understand every word of it, including hidden costs.
Go elsewhere. I have dealt with 4 other companies, and they were all much better. Don't fall for the low rates, you may end up paying more, or worse, you may loose your deposit when they mess up the timing and bring you to the wire, leaving you up th creek with no paddle

Worked with Erich and Densise. Thery were absolutely great. Got the mortgage done in 30 days as they quoted despite doubts from buyer and seller agents. I am a first time home buyer and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of this prosess despite the horror stories i had heard prior to going through it with Poli Mortgage. Would recommed to anyone.
