Very excellent service! Sam arrived on time to evaluate and fix our leaky dishwasher. He also offered free advice and knowledge and answered any question that I had.
Awesome professional service at a reasonable cost. Sam was to our house promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed our dryer same day. Also answered questions freely on other appliance issues we had, no extra charge. Northern Appliance/Sam is now our appliance go to guy and I highly recommend! Thank you so much Sam for getting our dryer working again no muss no fuss.
Excellent service by Sam. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the same visit. We had other technicians in to fix the appliance, but only Sam was able to fix it completely. We will not use any other company going forward.

Sam was called for a refrigerator repair and was able to come the very next day. I was very impressed with his professional manner and he was able to check and diagnose very quickly. I will definitely call Sam for any repairs needed in the future.
