Actual physical location: 7895 Highway 7 (Marine Drive) - look for the 6ft Polar Bear sign!



"Located on the grounds of the historic railway museum, behind the Trans Canada Trail. Weather dependent - we usually close if it's raining. Cash Only. Usually open late May to Labour Day. Check for updated hours. Seating and parking available! Washroom located inside the museum. Opening May 26th, 2023 at 4pm."

$8 for two small ice creams is not reasonable in my eyes. I remember a day when the scoops were much bigger, which may have justified the price. But I was left unsatisfied after the minuscule amount we were given. On top of spending $8, I had to pay $8 in fees at RBC for withdrawing cash because this place has no signage to indicate they only accept cash. The first cone was in our hand by the time we were told they only take cash. What world is this place living in to not have a debit/credit machine? I am entirely unimpressed and will not be back.
Favorite place on the shore for an ice cream treat!
Wife really enjoyed the peanut butter mudslide ice cream. Unfortunately, they didn't have heavenly hash that I really enjoy but the chocolate was good. Healthy scoops too.

Ice cream is always a good idea. Great prices as well. Size is perfect.
This is a great stop to or from the beach to have an icecream in the shady park. Accessable and just enough parking. Train museum next door.
