Point Storage

I needed a few months of storage while waiting to move into a new apartment. This was the perfect place. Everyone was courteous, helpful, friendly, and the space was just right, with the price right for the area. I would highly recommend Point Storage.

Recently I upgraded the size of my unit at Point Storage. The staff there was excellent and easy to work with. They walked me through my bill and associated charges so it was easy to understand. They are also very easy to get to on Madison's West Side near Middleton. My neighbor also has a unit there and gets Penske trucks from them to move stuff for her business. She says good things as well.

We used this storage facility when we moved to Madison about 14 years ago. We now use it for business related storage and I am happy to say that the service was exception then and now!

I went here because it was a convenient location & the price was reasonable, however, the customer service was not what I was expecting. The first girl I spoke to when I wanted the place was nice, however, I was told that I should pay with cash to avoid a fee & so I was going to come back the following week & had asked for the coupon back for the free month but the person told me that they would keep everything together. Things came up and I couldn't get back there for two weeks. When I arrived I was told that because I didn't come back when I said I would they threw all my information away. Ok I was fine with that, although when I got to the point about the free month I was told I had to go print it off again! If the person would have let me take the coupon with me the first time I was there then I wouldn't have had this problem and if the person who was working today would have said no problem bring it in next time or that she could print it for me they would have had a customer for six months. Too bad some people don't realize how important customer service is.
