The service was exceptional. Went to the bmw dealership first but they couldn’t render the service that we were entitled for. Point S was very supportive and they worked through a break to give our car back soon since we had to head back to Toronto.

Awesome service, Steve is the best customer service tech I've seen in a long time. But the girl that reversed my car didn't know how to drive Manuel.

My car started acting up from the extreme cold and I was out of town... Daniel from Pneu S Lavoie in Mont Tremblant answered quickly and invited me to cautiously come and and they squeezed me in, in spite of shorting in staff because of the pandemic. He didn't hesitate to offer help and even provided me with the local taxi number to ride back home should my car need fixing. Luckily, after advising me that it could simply be that some condensation formed in the motor because of extreme cold, my car's issue subsided so It didn't need fixing after all. Daniel offered to keep my appointment just in case. Now that's taking care of a person in need. He provided EXCELLENT service even if I didn't spend money.. WOW!! Thank you again.

Professional Fast Fabulously Canadian

Got me in the same day for a tire with a slow leak. 15 mins later a replaced valve stem at no charge and I was on my way.  Great service and a nice facility.
