Excellent service, fair prices. Their philosophy is very customer focused. They believe in minimizing surprises. Everytime work has been recommended, I was always consulted first, and the recommendations were always on the nose. I never had the impression that the mechanics went out of their way to find something to fix. In fact, a couple times I've been told nothing needed to be done right away after an inspection. Although appointments are recommended, it has happened that I've dropped in with a sudden problem. The staff has always been clear about a potential timeframe for my repair to be finished and has even beaten predictions on a few occasions. This place is hands down the best garage I've ever done business with.
