The lady at reception forces you to make repairs under the pretext that she is advising you and this to charge you with additional costs, I know my car very well, I asked for the oil change and the puncture repair, She told me of lots of other problems so we need an inspection right away and repair everything that needs to be repaired otherwise she's going to be scrapped in a few short weeks while I just had the pads to change not to mention the exaggerated prices
