Point de service STO

It's ridiculous that it's closed during the week . As a senior citizen it's difficult for me to get around because there's hardly any busses on the road on weekends To call this place a point of service is a joke.

Very helpful, but the wait can be long so be prepared. The people that work there are always nice and can speak pretty good English.

The STO has literally the highest fare of any transit service in Canada; the idea that the response to their ransomware attack taking down their payment services online was to force their customers to go *in person* to a service that they only staff two days a week gives you an idea of the kind of contempt you can expect from them.

The drivers are often rude, and busses are constantly late or early. Never show up when they’re supposed to. The number of times STO has failed me... is a joke system. If you can avoid you definitely should lol.

It's only open 2 days a week, which is terrible. Poor customer service and the employees were quite rude to my grandmother. Very unprofessional and quite unpleasant. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Would give 0 stars if could, 1 employee rediculous amount of people at beginning of new school year and months some times, and open like 12 hours the entire week... Absolutely rediculous

They dont event say the hours that they are open ! A big 1 star and i feel generous!!

Very bad hours and open days, which causes huge line ups of people trying to renew their pass.

A service open twice a week should be offered online if it can't afford to have it open at least 5 days.

Hours at this location are HORRIBLE and all over the place. Not open all week as it should be.
