All the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. They are well organized and efficient. They took the time to explain the vaccine, open to answering any questions we had. Overall a well run facility.
Very impersonal and English unfriendly. You would think they would by now remove the former grocery store department signage.
Went for a blood test and the calling machine is somehow mess up. Calling number after mine and I need to go talk to the counter people to have me line up again. Wasted a lot of time here.
Made an appointment but it didn’t matter because they were no longer honouring them, and anyways it took two hours from start to finish so the time was meaningless. Also didn’t appreciate that the brand I was supposed to get according to the ClicSanté site was not the brand they were administering. They would only disclose this minutes beforehand and said there were no other options. Found that to be unnecessarily sketchy and forced… kinda like everything else around this pandemmy…
It was a joke. They made everybody who came in with kids pass everybody who did not have kids. Entire ordeal took over 1.5 hours. They do not care about appointments. They don't even check. Don't break your head taking an appointment, just show up and they will let you pass.
