Absolutely excellent service I'm very happy with pogo propane, and the propane tank I bought they've come once to check on it already and I still had 70% full. The staff goes out of their way to give the best service possible.
I love this company. Every person I have dealt with are helpful and easy to talk to. Yesterday I ran out of propane and had to relight my furnace and Sami came out to my place after a long day of work and relite my furnace and hot water tank. Clearly above and beyond! Thank you so much for the high quality customer service.
Terrible attitude towards their customers! A few months back they tried billing us for two separate tank fills on the same day. They got it sorted finally but no apology was offered. They like to keep topping off the tank all summer long so they can invoice you, then they send emails with titles liken Dunning Letter to solicit quicker payments. If you are looking for a Propane supplier with a decent customer service ethic, look elsewhere!
Excellent company to deal with. They keeped the tank toppped off every 2 week's all winter. Professional service. Took only 3 weeks to get credit on tank return. Recommend pogo propane to anyone who is looking.
The service at pogo was top notch! We have been waiting over 2 months for our credit from returning the propane tank after moving. The staff have been extremely rude when calling to ask when we might receive the check! Every excuse has been used to not pay back a $223.63nPretty bad pogo. “The rich get richer” by screwing people!
