Went tonight based on various friends and family recommendations and it was well worth the 40 minute drive. Excellent food and service. Genuine Italian fare with a chefs kiss on every dish. Grazi!
Out of this world. The food is just amazing. Excellent atmosphere and the overall experience was phenomenal. This place will not disappoint! Parking: Plenty of parking - located in a plaza
Pleasant ambience and excellent service. The restaurant is darker than I would like but once your eyes adapt it is fine. The menu is extensive but not overwhelming and the food is well prepared, well presented and favourful. No doubt one of the better Italian restaurants in the west end. I will be back.
I had their jarred sauce which they sell in some stores and it was really good so I had high hopes for the restaurant experience. The manicotti was tough and the ricotta filling was bland. The meatballs are good. Was expecting a higher level of food. If you’re in an area with only big box restaurants then it is a great choice. Service was great and the atmosphere cozy but a bit loud.
I went here for my birthday, staff were very attentive and nice. I came with a party of 6 and everyone got to try a bit of each other's food. None of the dishes were a miss, no complaints! Would recommend Pocco Pazzo as a good casual Italian spot.
What started as a lovely evening out and seemingly great service, came to an abrupt end when we were given the bill as soon as we stopped eating our main. We were not offered coffee or the dessert menu so we paid and left. If they had needed the table for an upcoming reservation all they needed to do was say as much. We won’t hurry back.
Very cozy, good food, friendly service and dependable - always found Pocopazzo to be a good, local restaurant. It's a kitchen we can depend on. Went last weekend and tried something new for me - their POLLO RIPIENO. Wow, this was a cut above, I really enjoyed it, full unique flavour and the creamy sauce makes the dish - it was absolutely delicious : Thank you!
My favourite Italian restaurant in Ottawa. Incredibly friendly service, big portions, awesome atmosphere and also great take out. My favourite so far is the veal florentina, but everything is incredible! Pic is from the take out I ordered
Really good food. Total hidden gem in the West end of town. We had three courses which was a struggle as the portions were so generous. The chicken dish I had was fantastic.
Great service and food. This place was highly recommended to us, we had a great evening in the patio. I had the papardelle with prawns and scallops, it was delicious. The tiramisu was also really good.
