I have never had an issue here.  I've been going numerous years now.  Even when they did not accept my insurance I would come here.  I have pressure issues with my eyes and they have been amazing with keeping it in check.  The turn around with the nurses is high now but what matters to me is the Dr.  I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Negvesky.

I just purchased a new pair of lenses there and they refused to give me my pupillary distance even though they had to take it for the lenses and refused to retake it for my records. The optician seemed uncomfortable when I asked her for it and she then gave some vague excuse about why they were not able to help me.

I have never had a problem with the optometrists. They were always friendly and gave me good advice for my eyes for over 10 years. However, their customer service is extremely lacking. They ALWAYS have problems with my insurance even though it is a highly rated BlueCross plan that never changed. I end up having to pay twice what my insurance plan is, and they always tell me I have to take it up with my insurance provider. Very much a headache. Finally, when I decided it was time for a new eye doctor because of a move, they were extremely unhelpful when trying to release my records. All in all, great doctors, but you have to deal with terrible customer service.

I came in to have my eye glases adjusted and a lense put back in place. They had everything done in 15 minutes, we're quick to serve, and very polite. They didn't even charge for anything! Very happy customer!

Told me they took my insurance but after a few visits they said they didnt and on top of that... they couldn't properly diagnose my problem.  They just have me antibiotics which didn't work.  I ended up going to my dr in nyc which immediately knew what was going on.
