Very friendly staff. Great relaxing lounge areas. The pool tables are a lot of fun! Great prices including a beer and chicken wings for very cheap. Awesome food from Robz Bistro. I'll recommend anyone to come here to have a great time.
Nice place, quiet during the day. Really lovely woman served us. Chicken sandwich was a bit dry, but other then that the food was good. They do have a small menu. Pool tables are smaller too.
The chef/owner Rob is someone who really cares about the quality of his food. Amazing hand made smoked and cured meats put together into awesome sandwiches. Good pool hall with quality tables and a solid beer selection.
Awesome place! Good food, exceptional service. Want to hang out and play some pool or watch a hockey game, this is the place to be! Good place to grab a pint with your friends. Staff is super friendly and cooperative and couldn't have had a better time. Thanks Pocketz
The staff at Pocketz is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious. They offer plenty of seating to bring friends. They cater and accept reservations for parties. All 'round it's a nice environment to enjoy a game of pool or a cold one!
Nice staff and very good food, however the place just seems to be lacking in a few basic areas such as: -lighting - it's too bright! Dim the lights a little! -music - the only music from what we could tell came from the Dukebox you have to pay for. When there is no music playing which seems to be 60% of the time, the atmosphere is very stale and awkward. -tvs - there are nice screens there, put something on! Music videos, sport, anything! This place certainly has potential and we have given it a few tries, but I can't see us returning until these things are addressed.
Best pub/catering quality food from a take-out counter you'll find in Ottawa, for half the price. The owner prides himself with a quality menu and ingredients. You'll never get the same attention to detail from a chain restaurant. Open mic night on Tuesdays is starting to pick up for free entertainment and a cool vibe.
Bright clean pool hall with TV's and a big brass bar. Food is favorite even for takeout. Great place for an afternoon hanging out watching sports and playing pool for cord cutters
Good value, great sandwiches, fun atmosphere. Tables OK but it's so much fun you don't notice how small or close they are.
Our new favourite place! Good atmosphere, great homemade food and love playing pool here. Highly recommended
