Hiring Carlee as our Day of Coordinator was the single best decision we made; she is exceptional at what she does and we can't thank her enough for making our special day unforgettable. Right from the get-go, her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanour put us at ease. She took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for our wedding, and she went above and beyond to make it all happen. On the big day, Carlee was a total rockstar. She kept everything running smoothly, worked seamlessly with all our vendors, and handled any issues that popped up with ease. Despite the unexpected rain, she remained cool, calm, and collected and made sure that everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to Carlee, we were able to enjoy our wedding day without a single worry. Carlee gave us fantastic wedding planning services. She provided us with exactly what we needed to support us while planning the best day so far! of our life. We had meetings prior to our wedding where Carlee made sure we were on track and not forgetting important details. On the day of our wedding Carlee and her assistant provided support to ensure everything went logistically smoothly. Part of what made our day so great was getting to not worry about the small details that Carlee was able to manage for us. We also went off script and ditched many traditional elements of a wedding and Carlee was easily able to accommodate all of our quirks. If we were to do it all over again we would certainly include Carlee as our planner.
It was a pleasure working with Carlee as our “day of wedding coordinator”. Carlee really helped us bring our wedding day vision to life and was also super helpful in providing guidance and advice along the way. We were lucky to meet Carlee in person at our wedding venue a couple of months before our wedding date and also over a couple of zoom calls to confirm the final details which really put our minds at ease. Carlee and her team did an amazing job setting up the wedding reception and she was instrumental in ensuring the flow of the day went as planned. Carlee had a very calm and relaxed attitude which we both really appreciated. I would highly recommend Carlee to any couple looking for a wedding planner.
We got married in Pemberton in June 2022 and Carlee made our whole day run smoothly! We were very happy we chose her Day of Coordinator Plus package for the extra support in the final month leading up to the wedding. Carlee is professional with amazing attention to detail. We really appreciated her advice and guidance while planning our wedding. As the bride, I had no stress at all on my wedding day. All of our guests told us they had a wonderful time and the day flowed really well. Carlee took care of everything! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
Carlee at Pocketful Productions is FABULOUS!! 100% would recommend her to anyone! I am a very picky person that likes everything to be perfect and I like being in control. Handing over the reins to my wedding wasn't going to be easy for me- but after the first conversation with Carlee I knew I could easily hand it over to her and it would be in great hands! Carlee is beyond sweet and so easy to work with! Her attention to detail is spot on! She did everything I asked with ease and a smile on her face. I literally never had to worry about anything she was in control of. The rehearsal and the day of the wedding were so smooth and it was all because of Carlee! Everything flowed so nicely and everything went as planned! Carlee and her crew had everything set up beautifully and brought all my dreams to life! It was truly the best day and week! We couldn't thank her enough for everything! Thank you Carlee for making our special day everything we wanted and more!!
We have nothing but praise for Carlee! From the get-go she was obviously very organized and on top of things. She provided prompt answers to all my questions. She also asked us specific questions, about what we wanted on our wedding day, our schedule, etc. that we didn’t think of, which goes to show her attention to detail & experience. It was also obvious in the way she talked and worked with our vendors, family, and friends with wedding roles that she is a team-player, and understands the importance of collaboration + open communication to make a wedding successful. I very much appreciated Carlee’s calm, practical, “can do” attitude. I was stressed about a lot of details/family inquiries/schedule on my wedding day, but Carlee was always there to help. I felt so grateful having someone to help us navigate the inevitable wedding snafus. It definitely allowed us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. We wholeheartedly recommend Pocketful Productions!
Carlee was our wedding 'day of coordinator', she was a joy to be around and contributed so much to making our wedding run so smoothly. I never had to stress thanks to how organized she was, and no task was too small to help with such as going to our cabin to get my glasses. You can tell she develops great relationships with all vendors, including the venue, and even our MCs were totally in sync with her. I am also really happy that we took the 'Day of +' package as she checked in with every vendor beforehand and ensured we didn't forget anything. I can truly say I enjoyed every minute of our wedding stress-free thanks to Carlee & the venue's Event Manager.
We held our wedding at the Big Sky Golf Club in Pemberton at the end of June 2022. Carlee from Pocketful Productions was our wedding coordinator, and she helped make our wedding absolutely perfect! Carlee was incredibly organized all throughout the wedding planning process. She reached out to us in advance, and helped keep everything on track. She had experience working with a number of our vendors, which made the handover process so straightforward. She helped tie up any loose ends - double checked our day-of timeline, followed up with our vendors, etc. On the day of our wedding, her team executed everything flawlessly. Everything was prepared before we even arrived at the venue. She helped direct guests at different points of the evening, and made sure the whole wedding stayed on-track. Her thoughtfulness and composure helped us just enjoy being in the moment. All said, I’d definitely recommend Carlee to anyone looking for a Day of Coordinator! Thank you so much!
