Excellent customer service! I had dropped my engagement ring off with my fiance to be resized and appraised. Customer service from the moment we walked in was wonderful. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff (Jenny who helped us). A week later I called the office to see if it was ready for pick up (my own fault, I really had no idea how long this usually took). The women answering the phone (Sherry I believe) was SO nice. 100% understood why I was calling and was beyond helpful. She called me back twice with updates. This was above and beyond to me and so appreciated. Some other places you may have been fed attitude for calling and checking, but certainly not here. 100% we will continue to come to Poag's and I highly recommend anyone else to as well.

Went in to have my glasses repaired there today and was greeted with fast and friendly service.I was told that they would be ready later in the afternoon so I left to do some running around and received a phone call 15 mins later asking me too return. I return to see that they had my repair done. Fantastic people to deal with.

I LOVE Poag’s!! ❤️❤️❤️ Totally worth the almost 2 hour drive! I had a ring design done and it was something very special and meaningful for me. This was a one time deal as I had my parents wedding ring set as well as my own and was wanting to join them all together. Jeff Poag created something out of those four rings that is beyond anything I thought possible and GORGEOUS! Jeff made my ring design process effortless. Every step that happened he stayed in touch by sending me drawings and pictures and answering all of my questions......which there were many. Lol I had a budget and they worked within that without once pushing to spend more or add hidden fees at the end. I cannot begin to explain the level of caring and kindness they showed during this process and have even stayed in touch afterwards to ensure everything was still ok and I was still happy. Which I totally am. The compliments keep coming in for my ring also. Love Poag’s! Will continue to drive the distance to get the superb treatment I received there!! ☺️☺️☺️

I took my ring to poags to get the stone tightened and to have it rhodeum plated ....where I previously went my ring always looked dark.....poags uses a top grade rhodeum so I thought I'd see if it would look better.....the service was fast and I could not believe it was my ring ....it was the most beautiful ring I had ever saw and I can't believe it's mine....thanks so much poags

I’ve been visiting Poags for over a decade now! Since their wonderful first impression and work on my wife’s engagement ring. We came back for our wedding bands and wedding party favours/engraving... I’ve been back many times over the years now for cleaning our rings and other special occasions gifts. They truely have been wonderful to work with. Thank you Jim & team!
