Excellent service. These guys know what they're doing and they won't take advantage of you. We have a few issues with our car and have gone and every single time they've taken the time to explain the issue, explain what needed to be replaced or fixed.
I've been coming here for more than four years now. Never had any issues. Great folks. They're open on Saturdays during the tire change season but otherwise it's weekdays only. Booking an appointment is easy through their customer service number. Although it can be tough to get one in case of an urgent repair. They're a bit on the expensive side but it makes up for the peace of mind one gets knowing that the work will be done well.
I've been storing my tires at this location for ten years. Fast and friendly service. The waiting room is modern, well appointed and comfortable with free WI-FI. This month I used their general repair garage, because my dealer was going to charge me 7K to repair something in my engine. I got a second opinion from them, and they told me it wasn't necessary. And they didn't even change me. So add trustworthiness to their list of qualities.
Horrible service, left my car for a tire change and alignment, dropped over night they said they would call me, nothing next day so i call them around 16h they close at 17:30, they said it would be ready in 30 min, got there, they said they couldn't do the back tires because the bolts were seized… I dont know what kind of mechanic can’t remove a seized bolt… and the piece was brand new, I had installed it the day before torqued to spec. My wheels were full of grease, and my brake disk for my surprise today… full of grease, not just a horrible service as a danger.
Genuinely friendly well-informed people who go the extra mile. I am very pleased to have found them upon moving to Verdun. I can't recommend their services enough.
Service is on the fence between efficient and curt. Very much a workshop vibe. Jobs always well done and quickly though.

Better hope they get it right the first time! They overbook themselves and and not honest! I went there for a tire change witch took over 2 hours. I get back my car and realize the next day that the wheels where not balanced properly. I brought it back to them and they started to say that it was my rims the issue. Which is not true because I never had an issue with them. Then they told me it would be an hour wait. I waited 3 hours and then they said they would need to keep it over night and do it in the morning. Next day I get my car only at lunch AND! The wheel balance was even worst!! Never going back there again
Horrible service! Never use it! I ordered 4 tires, I got an appointment...in 3! of waiting they told me that it's not a god types of tires I ordered... But it were you, who did it! And plus, price is very expensive!
