PNC Bank

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Was offered a credit card for which I agreed to open with the premise it was 6 months no interest on purchases (the sole reason I would need the card). Called PNC and it was sent to "escalation" department but after they talked to the girl that opened this account (who adamantly denied ever giving me this information) it was decided to be a "he said/she said" situation and chose not to believe I heard what I heard. I even stated I would be happy with 0% for less than 6 months, just enough to pay off the necessary purchases that were made under the impression that it was 0%. Awful customer service, mixed messages about what cards have/don't have promotional APRs, etc. Such a disappointment which may lead me to finding a new bank and alerting others of my distrust in this bank.
