Disgusted beyond all. My father died back in 2015 & i,being his only child,had to go to probate court in Jefferson County to gain access to his bank account at PNC Bank. Long story short the judge granted me a court order ordering PNC Bank to grant me full access to my father's bank account & release his funds to me so I could pay off some of his debts. I was told to bring the judges court order along with all the necessary paperwork identifing that I was the executor of his estate,which I did. Even with the proper paperwork & the court order these thieves at PNC Bank still denied me my legal court ordered right to my father's account. This is no different than a masked person with a gun robbing the bank except at Least the gunman is less of a coward. I plan on suing PNC Bank for contempt of court & illegally holding my father's money. Also,I plan to sue them for any interest built up on his debts as well as punitive damages. I'm going to get ahold of the news media as well. I believe the bank manager is Michael Mathison. This is the PNC Bank located on Bryan Road in OFallon,MO 63368. I highly recommend you stay far away from these law breaking civil contempt thieves. I pray for justice & justice on these scum.
