Great customer service! The staff are helpful and accommodating.

I have three accounts at PNB and all of them were dormant. I thought, I really need to go to Phils just to activate my accounts. They helped me to reactivate all my dormant accounts even I'm here in Canada. Great remittance to deal with. Highly recommend!

Last May 3, 2017 was my first time to deal with this PNB Vancouver branch -365 West Broadway. They were very accommodating and helpful and made my transaction seamless. Thanks to Cristina Martinuk and Miriam Miguel for expediting my SSS annual confirmation of pensioner. I couldn’t have done it without their help. Thank you so much.

This store does not reply to emails. Even if you call directly to them and inform that you sent an email, they will say that "We will reply rightaway after this call" but you won't receive any reply at all!! Worst service!
