I have used Plymouth Plumbing & Heating multiple times.  They have been fantastic to work with. They show up when they say they are going to show up.  The quality of the work has been fantastic as well.  I will continue to recommend Jack and his team.

No showed for an 8:15 a.m. appointment - when I called to find out where they were, I was told they had an emergency and wouldn't be at our house until after noon or the next morning.  No courtesy to even call me to ask to reschedule (which I would've done.)  But since I had to call twice to even get someone out to our house to give us the estimate in first place - I'll find someone else that understands my time is valuable too.  Horrible customer service.
