J'en conclus que conserver des bonnes relations avec les nouveaux clients n'est pas leur priorité et qu'en cas de leger soucis, il n'assume rien. Je repete que mon commentaire est dirigée vers l'administration de la société, pas vers les employés du nettoyage qui, j'en suis sur, font le maximum pour bien travailler.
