Bought a number of plumbing fixtures here in fall 2016 including our much beloved shower kit and the kitchen sink of my dreams. They have competitive pricing (for example, best price we could find for our kitchen sink including online), good selection of high quality brands and products, and knowledgeable staff.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! When the sink I ordered showed up dented, I was told to call back later three different times, hassled about ordering a new one that would take 10 weeks to ship, and then made to wait 30 minutes in store while they tried to fix their debit machine that wasn't able to process refunds, a problem they already knew about before I arrived . I will never go back and actually drove to Watertown NY to buy a sink so I didn't have to deal a poorly run store and rude staff.
