The guys were great. Found the leak quickly, explained how it would be fixed and recommended a company for ceiling repair. Their response time was wonderful, repair was made sooner than original date and time. They were polite, friendly and efficient. I'd like to thank the team at Firelands Plumbing for motivating me to just fix my pipes myself. I called on Christmas eve at 5:56, it is now Dec 29 and I have yet to receive a call back. I understand that it was extraordinarily cold, I understand that you guys are fixing pipes all over the area. But... if you weren't going to be able to preform the work in a somewhat reasonable time, I would have surely appreciated a courtesy call so I could analyze my options. EDIT** according to Brian's response, they answered 6667 calls during this deep freeze... 6000 of which called before me. That totally explains why they still haven't called me back to this day. It's March 4th... it's literally been over 2 months since I placed my service call, so yes, after reading your s****y excuses, and still not getting a call back please do add me to your "do not answer" list. I totally uNdErStAnD....

Thank you for the service. Our system had a leak after winterization, in exposed segments under our mobile home. Since we and other customers trust you to assess and treat the plumbing system, I would suggest that you advise us on areas of the system that are vulnerable, and if things like heat tape are NOT actually functioning. Perhaps there was an assumption that we knew this information, but that's why we hire plumbers because you are the experts! What we heard you say at the time of winterization you would fix any leaks for free was much different than what happened we had a leak and you charged us. Future customers should beware and ask good questions and make no assumptions. Your workers were very pleasant. I've shared my experience with this company numerous times and was threatened by Brian, the owner of the company, that he was going to take legal action if I told the truth to anyone else again. My experience was posted on your page and deleted, just like this comment eventually will. This company didn't perform our service on our property correctly and tried overcharging us! I WOULD NEVER recommend to anyone!
