I listed my Bedford condo with Pat Stubbert at Plumb Line and bought a home with his help that perfectly suited my needs. He was knowledgeable, professional, creative and absolutely put my personal interests first. I couldn't recommend Plumb Line, and particularly Pat, enough. His thank you gift to me of over $2,900 when I bought, was just a bonus. I paid only 3% to get full service when I sold, and the service was better then any other sale I have done for a lot higher fees.

Protesting by throwing tacks at bikers and firecrackers at dogs is not something I want in a person potentially selling my home. These types of displays tell me that everything is all about him and if doesn't like it, he will take matters into his own hands to fix it.
