quick and efficient. price is not the cheapest around but they really cares about customer service and our feed back. Charles Rochon called me and was very sincere over the phone. He took the effort to listen and resolved any problems I had. Your company will continue to have my business support in the future due to your exellent customer service. Thank you and keep it up.

I'm very impressed with Mr Charles Rochon, he's cordial, helpful, patient and empathetic. I called for a pipe repair that might have involved the city as well. Well Mr Charles tried to save me some money, but unfortunately the city needed video proof of the leak if it was on their end. He called the city for me to ensure that both the city and him come at the same time so as not to inconvenience us without water for a long period of time. It turned out that the leak was coming from the city therefore I didn't require him to come and complete the job. Needless to say that the next time I  have plumbing issues, he's the first one I will call.
