We were totally satisfied with the work done. They returned our initial call promptly (which is more than I can say for the competition) and showed up on time. They were quick and efficient in analyzing existing problems, solving those issues which needed attention and suggesting what needed to be done to prevent future problems. Went to buy a pump for my septic system. They were very helpful and patient with me, even printed out specs from the Interent to help me decide. There was a steady stream of plumbers and contractors there while I was. Luc Cote was especially helpful, funny and bilingual! Nice when one can support a family owned business and be satisfied with the experience!
