They were supposed to call us for the appointment to install a hot water tank and he arrived one morning, without notice at 7:00 in the morning, with the wrong size tank, because we had requested a 40 gallon and he arrived with a 60 gallon and the employee had the quote in hand which was written 40 gallons and not 60. My partner had indeed mentioned that before he showed up to advise him to empty the tank himself and disconnect it because he knew how to do it and well no because to arrive as a surprise it had not been done. So very very poor follow-up with their customer.
