First time ordering her since moving to Houston and was not disappointed.Home made food was delicious. Ordered shrimp fettuccine, Cesar salad w/ crispy chicken, roast beef dip w/gravy and deluxe burger w/gravy. The family was very satisfied and looking forward to the next time we order here. Staff was very friendly and inviting. I highly recommend.
The food was so good. I had a clubhouse with chicken not deli chicken. Homemade sour dough bread,homemade fries. Food was so good for the price. Friendly service . Best restaurant i have been too in a longtime. I will be going back. I just moved up here. The last place I went to in smithers was horrible and they even added 18%on. Not pleasant valley. Keep up the good work people It was great. Highly recommend this place.

Pleasantly surprised by this little diner serving "Canadian" fare. The food was delicious we ordered burgers and well priced. The service was excellent - friendly, prompt, and helpful with suggestions on the menu. Portion sizes were generous one slice of pie was plenty to share. A lovely stop on a long day of driving. Would highly recommend!
Friendly staff and home cooked style, good food. Next time I will try the pie but my beef dip was too filling. I had already eaten half the sandwich when I remembered to take a photo.

Server Ally wasn’t very friendly, didn’t ask how our food was and slid our pop cans across the table. Quiet the whole service and didn’t take away any of our dishes.
I'm in Houston on business and this place really is good enough to be my daily breakfast and dinner restaurant. I'm in the motel in the same plaza which is okay, but this restaurant really shines and I'm happy to be staying near it. Lots of homemade items on the menu. I've enjoyed every meal! One small critique is that the service can be slow but they are super kind and the food makes it worthwhile anyways. It's a shame they aren't open 7 days but I go every day they are open. My second favourite of their selection of homemade pies is the Chocolate pie, which is featured regularly, but if you're lucky and you see coconut cream on the menu, you owe it to yourself to try a slice with a cup of coffee. Absolutely delightful!
