Do not recommend at all. Our rooms weren’t ready until 7:30 pm and even still, they were very unpleasant. The beds looked like the bed cover was just thrown on, the sheets were dirty like big stains, and the towels had holes in them. We asked for new ones when we went out and when we came back the beds were actually made and the sheets maybe were changed but they were still very dirty and the towels were the same. The cleaning service was done in no more than 20 min and was just making the beds and rolling up the towels. Another issue we found was the poor security for guests, different people in our party asked for room keys during different times, and these were provided to them simply by giving the room number and without asking for any type of identification or even the name of the reservation.
Fabulous Hotel, absolutely useless management. . Nice reception desk staff. Breakfast could be longer,not only 6-10. Perfect. 20 hours without water, no apologies whatsoever. From 4 stars to 2. Shameful.
