As soon as I walked into Charcoal Hookah Lounge, I knew I was in for a great experience. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere had a really positive vibe that made me feel right at home. One of the things that really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained everything was. I've been to some hookah lounges in the past where the equipment felt a bit grubby, but that definitely wasn't the case here. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel really comfortable. The staff was really knowledgeable and helped me pick out a flavor that suited my taste. They walked me through the different options and really took the time to make sure that I was happy with my choice. And when it came time to set up the hookah, they did it quickly and efficiently, so I didn't have to wait around for long. Overall, my experience at Charcoal Hookah Lounge was fantastic. The staff, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the place all combined to make it a great spot to hang out and enjoy some hookah. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch hookah experience.

Best Hookah Lounge i ever been too ! I highly recommend this place as your go to spot for a smoke session. Best customer service by Khaja and Hussain. There service is amazing of how they check up on you and replace your coals when its needed is on point. They have the best selections of flavors and house mixes you have to try out. The ambience of the place is fantastic. You can do your work in peace. When you place your order, less than 5 minutes your hookah is at your table and you don't have to wait for a long time. They are A1 in my books that i wouldn't even go to an another hookah lounge. Thank you guys for your service, i will be coming in on a daily basis. Check out Charcoal hookah lounge you wouldn't be disappointed !

Best hookah you can find in the Chicago land area. They have flavors and hookahs satisfying the needs of casual smokers to the hookah enthusiasts. Brand new everything and comfortable seating. Highly recommend checking this place out.
This Place is to Nasty for Normal People . I dont think they ever clean the place. its a guy there who wears dirty airforce ones everytime you go there stay away from that guy he is no Good!!! I think he has that shortguy complex thing . Very Bad Neighborhood Vibes up there . Stay Out
