We weren't sure what to think before going here. We knew it was a seafood place, and we like seafood, but we've never been to a Mexican seafood restaurant. Our waitress, who was very nice, let us know there are some locations in Chicago. Please note a couple of things. The portions are very large, even for non shareable meals. There are quite a few selections that are intended to be shared. If you order pop, it comes in a can. Plus they don't have their liquor license as of January. Good food though!
Wait staff was amazing. Really nice atmosphere. Food was amazing. Take their word when they say a plate will feed more than one person, it will definitely feed more than one person. I am extremely happy I found this hidden gem.
We stumble upon this place randomly are so happy we found this gem!! The food, drinks, atmosphere and service were all amazing!! The portion sizes are HUGE. I had the seafood stuffed pineapple it was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten! There was also live music which we really enjoyed. We can’t wait to return and will be recommending it to all of our friends!

Went in Sunday evening and was immediately seated. Ordering our food and getting it was rather quick - we were there less than an hour. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The only disappointment was they didn’t have aguas frescas anymore. The food was delicious! We got the cóctel de camarones and the piña rellena de mariscos. Would definitely come back! Side note: We thought it strange the tip was automatically included in the bill with a party of 4
Great ambiance, staff and service.The seafood was super fresh, delicious and flavorful. Portions were generous even though we ordered small size platters. Satisfied my seafood craving! Would go back again !
If you like Mexican seafood dishes thus is the place for you. They need to bring people the guest check to their table though instead of having people walk to the register and never see their bill.Food: 5/5
So I went to this place and the service was ok the girl did what she had to. But the food tasted off and it wasn’t that good, it had a lot of salt. But also the women at the register, whenever they talked they just kept turning and looking at us and it felt really uncomfortable and I just couldn’t enjoy my food here. There was also flies and I found a short hair in my food and I can tell you I have long curly hair and it wasn’t mine. It was also cold so I had to put on my coat on which was just no. In all it was ok but I would recommend other than having to wear your coat while eating.
Me and my sister enjoyed our meals. I got camarones a la diabla and my sister got longostina en Chile verde. It was so good.. Won't mind coming here again.
1st time going to this restaurant last night. Went with my family in total 4 of us. The food was good and the atmosphere was fun. They had live music and it was definitely a busy place. It was hard to talk to and hear what my family was saying because it was so loud but that’s the least of my worries. The reason for my 1 star is that when it came to paying for my food the total wasn’t given to me nor the receipt given to me before paying. Julissa our waitress entered the amount into the credit card reader and had the tip set at 20% already, and then I was instructed to tap my card/pay. I couldn’t see the charges and I just paid, my mistake. I should have asked for my receipt to verify the total before paying. Once I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed that she had already added the tip to the check/total, this is before paying and she didn’t mention it. And when I paid and credit card reader was set at the 20% tip, I tipped her again without knowing that she had already added the tip to my total. So with this said in a sneaky way receiving 2x the tip. I understand that gratuity is automatically added for big dine in groups but my group was small. Be aware when cashing out. This is not right.
