This used to be my fave place to shop. But recently when I’ve brought in clothing to sell I’ve been pretty frustrated.nI’ve sold clothing here tons of times very successfully in the past, but I feel like the staff there now just shoot for themselves and not thinking about what customers would want to purchase.nThey are constantly asking for plus size clothing.. and the clothes they carry in the plus sizes are usually SHEIN dresses that look like literal bags. Today I brought in two bags full of really nice good quality and some brand new pieces for spring that I just don’t wear anymore. They literally took like four items that were honestly the ones I figured they wouldn’t cause they were the most worn out. Turning down brand new nice clothes that are in style and of the brands they request. Don’t really plant in trying to sell here again. It’s happened consistently this past year.
They told me it would take 15 minutes to look through my clothes. It took 45 and they only offered me $4 for a perfect condition beige shacket and my black corset top and told me everything thing else was out of style. Every rack is bursting off the seams with clothes. They clearly must be overstocked because that was just plain ignorant. LOL I’m giving it to the thrift store across the street.
Was just walking around the store passing my time after the gym and one of the store reps approached me and she informed me about the specials they were running that day, her name is Alexis she been amazing super friendly and welcoming, I ended up buying some items
recently, I went to Plato’s closet to purchase these TNA pants and a TNA shirt I tried them on and I really liked them but I had somewhere to go so I asked them to put it on hold for me. I came back on Saturday and told them that I left something here on hold and I wanted to purchase it. I wasn’t paying much attention so I bought them I went home when I got home I noticed that the price said $55 dollars. originally when I saw the price it was $45 dollars. I thought that was ridiculous that they change the price on me so I took them back. When I went back, I seen the same girl who was attending me when I was trying on the pants we had a conversation in Change room and said Hey do you remember me and she said yes. Do you remember when the price tag said $45 and she’s like yes I remember as soon as she’s about to answer one of the girls stepped in and said my manager seen that the pants that it was on hold and she thought that it should’ve been more expensive so she change the price. I thought that was crazy $55 for used pants very disingenuous of the manager to do that thinking that the customer wouldn’t remember the price of the pants if this location is going to keep doing this to customers, I feel like they should be aware of their dishonesty
I really liked their selection of clothes. I wish they labeled men's and women's sections more clearly though.
