Dr. Jovnni is terrible. She doesn’t like to spend time to listen to her patients. She always seems like she’s in a rush or has something better to do. Very unprofessional and rude. I don’t recommend you see her or even go to this place.

All female doctors. Great office staff with hreat communication skills. Patients can make online appointments. Very clean space. The people working there are very helpful and happy. The admin staff help the patients as much as they can. The lab people are very nice and make patients comfortable. A very friendly place . Nice to have a clinic like this when feeling sick

Went to this clinic as a walk-in since I normally had a good experience in the past. Today my experience was the worse ever. Waited for longer than the estimated wait time (1 hr) than was told to see if I can come in on Monday. Why would I have waited ever so patiently if I myself could have come in on Monday!? I was disappointed by their service and lack of professionalism as I waited to be seen due to severe pain only to be told to reschedule. If I can't be seen I'd rather havd been told that so that I would have opted to go to another walk in clinic or the emergency. This clinic is not organized and lacks respect for their patients.
