I've been coming to Staci at Platinum for over ten years and made many changes to my cut and color. Staci has always achieved all my hair goals while also keeping my hair healthy. I moved away from the area to New York City five years ago, and even still travel back to come here because there is no one else I trust with my hair! Staci and everyone at Platinum care so much about their clients and their work and I always have the best time at my hair appointments. By far the best salon around! I’ve been going here for two years and they are they best. The nicest and cleanest salon. Staff is very friendly and they know exactly what they are doing. My hair is gorgeous every time, and they are not afraid to tell you if something won’t look good! Highly highly recommend!!!

I moved to the area 2 years ago and struggled to find my new go-to hair stylist and salon in the beginning. Enter Staci and the Platinum Hair Studio! I booked an appointment here online which is so convenient btw when my son was 1 month old and I desperately needed some me time, and it exceeded all my expectations. Fast forward 1 1/2 years later and I’m so happy that I found Platinum.  I am naturally a brunette but I like switching between being light and dark, and Staci has perfectly mastered it every time. I even had balayage for my first appointment and was a bit nervous about whether or not anyone would be able to pick up where the other salon left off, but that was not an issue at all!  Staci is also really great at reading her clients which is such an underestimated trait for an hair stylist. There has been some appointments where I’ve been a very sleep deprived mama and just wanted to scroll mindlessly on my phone for 2 hours straight iykyk and she completely gets it and it doesn’t feel awkward at all. Other times, we will chat the whole time and most of the time it’s a balance between the two which I really appreciate.  I highly recommend Platinum to everyone!

If I could give this negative stars I would. I left completely MORTIFIED. I received the absolute WORST haircut of my entire life. I asked for this wispy bangs, long layers, and about 2 1/2 inches off the ends. This is not what I received in the slightest. I noted that I never had bangs before and wanted to be able to push them over to curtain bangs if I wasn’t the biggest fan. She absolutely BOTCHED them. They thick and are completely uneven, the two sides to not even match and I can not push them over to the side because they are so short. They do not angle or shape my face the way I showed her. She seriously made my worst nightmare hair cut come true. She cut my ends however, used thinning shears and added no layers. I am absolutely mortified to be seen in public to the point I called out of work because I haven’t been able to stop crying since I left. I seriously can’t believe I spent $72 and did not even want to pay because the service was so awful. Not to mentions the ladies mother just kept staring at me while her daughter was making me look absolutely hideous. I would have preferred her state she could not cut bangs like I wanted and I would have been more than happy to have left with just a trim.Services:&nbsp;Bang trim

Chelsea is absolutely amazing! She always points me in the right direction and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair looks! She’s easy to talk to and honestly cares about you and how your life is going! I couldn’t recommend her more!! I will literally never go anywhere else!!

I have been going to Platinum since Staci opened years ago. The fact that she is amazing at doing my hair goes without saying but that is not the only thing keeping me coming back. The new location is even more beautiful and inviting than the last and she continuously ensures that guests are happy, comfortable and feel like a part of a family. I have recommended many people to Platinum over the years and all have been extremely happy.

I have gotten my hair done by Amanda MANY times in recent years and have never left unsatisfied. Amanda takes the time to know her clients and spends time before starting discussing the steps she will take to reach your requested cut, color and style! From the moment I sit down in the chair to the moment I leave Amanda always makes me feel like my voice matters by asking how I’m feeling and getting the go ahead before starting the next step. She is friendly yet professional and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist!!!!

Clean, professional, stylish and warm, friendly staff! Chelsea was an excellent choice for my needs. I appreciate how open she was to my indecisiveness, helping me flesh out what I wanted without pushing me into something that isn't my style.  She worked efficiently and effectively; this is the best haircut I've had in years and it took almost no time at all. I'm thrilled with the results and the price point!
