Excellent PA caring staff and detailed test results, with Rx problem resolved. Little bit of wait but they provide walk-in care.

I'm never coming here again. I had symptoms for a month now. They needed to check me two time if I had a yeast or uti. Never called me for the results from the lab. Doc said I had a yeast. Still no cure. Went to cvs got monistat, no cure. About $300 something later nothing. Decided to go to another doc. Got a call from her and said I was negative for yeast. I had a UTI. I couldn'tbelieve this whole time that is what I had. And I was giving the wrong medication for a month! I called planned parenthood headquarters before and told them my issue. But now I'm calling again because this was uncalled for.

Staff here could care less about your questions or concerns. Horrible service, lazy staff members.

The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. The nurse practitioner was not very interested in my questions (she was staring at the computer while speaking with me) and was not careful during my procedure so it hurt quite a bit (I have had this same procedure done before and it did not hurt). The nurse practitioner first tried to say the pain was normal, but ended up apologizing for her delivery. I came here rather than going to my normal gynecologist because I wanted an appointment sooner, but I will never return. The wait time is fairly long as well.

I have major long-term shoulder injury (brutus, limited range of motion, shoulder pain) as a result of getting a regular vaccine here from, nurse practitioner, Inez. She did not administer the vaccine correctly; I began having pain immediately as she injected me. I travel often and thus have had several vaccines, I have never felt such pain from one. The pain only got worse!! I would not recommend this place to anyone--please go to a regular doctor if possible or go to a better rated Planned Parenthood in New York.
