I recently signed up at Planet Fitness and I could not be happier. My boyfriend and I went in at 1:30 AM, and to be honest we were not expecting much due to the time. The gym is very clean, well maintained and an overall great place to be. The washroom are also very clean, and I love how they have beverages and snacks for if you get hungry while you are working out. The staff there are amazing! When we arrived we were greeted in a very friendly manner by a gentleman named Harley. Harley went above and beyond to help us. We started with a tour of the gym, in which he showed us every aspect of the gym and provided a very informative explanation. When we sat down to discuss signing up, Harley went through each option and was able to assist us in choosing the right package! We love planet fitness and will continue to go! Thank you planet fitness and a extra special thank you to Harley!

I joined Planet Fitness at Oxbury Mall location last year after it recently opened. My overall experience with the gym was positive. I was a gym newbie and there were times I had questions or needed assistance with the machines and the staff were always friendly and courteous. I signed up for a session with one of the personal trainers at the location and he was very helpful and taught me a lot about what I should be doing to reach my fitness goals. The machines and facilities were exceptional and always very clean. Overall a very welcoming atmosphere. The only downside I found was that the gym was most often very crowded unless I went late at night but that's not the facility's fault.

I love Harley, so knowledgable and willing to go out of his way to make sure my experience is exceptional. He's also so friendly when walking in which is a plus! Also love the cleaniness of this place! Great place and affordable !!!

Very friendly staff, super clean gym, all at a great price. Shoutout to Harley, super knowledgeable and showed me around! Madi, Jason and Daniel are awesome too!

Planet Fitness is a great gym, most people I encounter are friendly and polite. I've yet to see a meathead/juicer yet which is a nice change from Goodlife. Only thing that I wish they had would be a free weight bench press. Overall its a nice place to go and the staff are friendly as well.
