The gym renovations are great, but the Music played here is TRASH! Makes me wanna finish my workout and go home. I’m glad im not catching buckets of water for months, or smelling the urine in the men’s washroom. I’ve been a member here for 5 months and had to go to Tapscott Road Which was DEPLORABLE. I was also charged another membership fee for the months it was being renovated
I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness for a while now, and I can’t say enough great things about this gym! The equipment is always clean, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety to keep qiao yi interested.The staff is super friendly and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Especially for both staffs: Berenice and SaranThey are truly amazing! A lot patient, and motivating., helpful ! even if Qiaoyi is a special need, They all treat him nicely and neutral. They all treat him as a friend to them, As His mother i was very thankful to them. In conclusion Plant Fitness is a very positive community, If you asked me i would highly recommend this place.

After a month of renovations, the gym looks amazing I’m so happy to be back to my workouts Great to see all the familiar faces again and the super friendly staff . Huge thanks to PF for the awesome remodel!nnLove this gym, good location and friendly staffs especially Sara and Josephina also great trainer Angelo. Thank you guys for providing such a good services and training. Just one thing that hopefully this gym will add more strength machines, I always go to the gym in the early morning or non peak hours on the weekends but most of the time the machines are still occupied by others.
The gym charged me during renovation- when i asked for a refund, management said they emailed me about freezing my account but i honestly have no email about this in my inbox. I have been asking the management since September 23rd for any proof of communication but they have not given me any proof. They also said i won’t be able to use the gym if i dispute the charge. The charge is not worth it for me to go after them but i see so many others facing the same issue. Very unethical of planet fitness and management. I’ve been going to this location for over 8+ years, and for the most part it has met my needs with the right equipment and adequate staff. However, I find it unacceptable that: 1 There was no clear communication or transparency about how long the gym would be closed for renovations. 2 I was still billed for this month’s membership even though the location has been closed for over 3 weeks.nnThis shows a lack of consideration and unfortunately, I will not be returning.
