This gym is in dire need of a renovation! Half the equipment is not working properly. The torso rotation needs to be tightened. The treadmill I used was wobbly and off balanced. The lockers were so damn small I can hardly fit anything in them. They don't have proper changing rooms and the curtains are half broken. What is privacy? The shower is the size of an RV shower so good luck having room. Don't get me started on the really horrible sink sensors as well. This gym is just really run down and needs a massive renovation.
I will say the my normal experience is not great when there. The staff do really nothing but stand around and I had signed up for the trainer and he also just leaves you there. So I didn't bother with that again. The showers are less than desirable, they need to be cleaned and updated. My biggest issue is that I am moving and I went in to cancel my membership. They of course wont let you do it online or over the phone so you have to make a special trip there just for that. I make sure to do this in December so I would not be charge the annual fee. The receptionist who did the transaction specifically told me I would not be charged. Well they took the money from my account anyway. I called to speak to the manager and she was useless. She said I would have had to cancel the month before in order to not get charged. I told her I did cancel the month before, but apparently it isn't here billing cycle month. I told her what her staff member stated and that they need to honor that and she would not. It' is only $39 but it is the principal of it. She was rude and has no customer service skills. I was planning on seeing if a other location was close to my new home but I am not sure I would join again after this. I guess you get what you pay for and they are cheap.
Every planet fitness open 24 hours but these planet fitness they’re always close and unknown time different times example thy all time open in there internet page but in reality sometimes thy close
How is this not a tripping hazard? This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever and further more if everyone is walking over it then why have it there?? One star rating until you remove it then it will change to five stars, because the rest of the club is worth five stars!!! Thank you for making the change!!! Five stars
Clean, not packed, plenty of machines and a great variety. Staff was nice and massage chairs afterwards were amazing.
Planet fitness is a amazing place in itself but this location is great the staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is calming which truly puts a emphasis on the no judgement zone aspect definitely a great place to work out and definitely a upgrade from the garage I was previously working out in I definitely recommend buying a membership and becoming a regular here you won't regret it!
Again driving 12 miles to the gym Tofind out your closed , this is unexceptable for a facility that claims to be open 24 hrs a day , guests should NOT BE CHARGED for your absence, forthe future why don't you look into card readers for your outside doors have 1 person on staff to monitor your cameras and facility pay them appropriately so they will stay at their job
Great and spacious gym, lot of equipment, nice and clean, big locker room, big parking lot.
Planet Fitness is excellent and has helped me lose lots of weight over the last three months, we're all gonna make it bros! The people working at this planet fitness are helpful and dillegent, make sure to treat them with kindness and respect.
One of the best planet fitness if not the best I have been to...super clean staff very friendly and informative
