Very clean and well maintained! I love going at any time of the day and using the stair stepper!! There is never an issue with the staff or equipment! I absolutely love going!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very friendly staff with a spacious and clean facility. All equipment is well maintained and 24 hour access ideal. Highly recommended! UPDATE 4-29-22 Follow-up after my initial positive review a few weeks ago. Staff remains very friendly but the facility maintenance has fallen off severely over the last two weeks with dust bunnies everywhere, some the size of golf balls. I was advised that their floor scrubber is in need of repairs but the vacuum, which still works, could easily resolve much of the problem. Paper towels are more frequently out in the dispensers and the equipment racks are usually in total disarray. A reeking urinal in the men’s locker room has been out of order for two weeks as well as one of the sinks which usually has standing water. One thing I didn’t notice before is that the Vinyl cover on the bicep curl machine is so cracked that it dug into my right elbow causing it to bleed. Admittedly it was a heavy amount, but this cover needs to be replaced. All these issues could be easily resolved and hoping it gets done to restore this location to the usual high standards you find at Planet Fitness.
I love taking classes with trainer Fletcher Foreman. He is very knowledgeable about each member in his classes. He knows their strengths and weaknesses and all of their injuries. He easily modifies the workouts for anyone needing such, and is very attentive to that. He sets goals and CARES about EVERYONE of his members!! He is the reason we have all continued with these classes!! A GREAT trainer is not easy to find. He knows all of the equipment and teaches us all how to use it accurately. He encouraged our group to join him in the recent 5K in Tecumseh Michigan and all of us went. It was a great team builder for our group not to mention a great representation of dedication to planet fitness. I truly appreciate all that he does for us at this gym. I hope he has the opportunity to be long term here. He is definitely an asset to this gym!!!
As much as I enjoy the PF atmosphere and pricing I am left unimpressed by the lack of free weights 75lb dumbells is the max, benches and squat racks. There are too many Smith machines and treadmills that are only half used at peak hours.
Absolutely love coming with my Hubby to workout. Black card Membership is totally worth it.
Crowd meter needs updated, will have 3 bars but get inside and its full house. I know you can't control idiots not wiping down equipment and slamming weights. Very annoying and rude
This place is always clean. There is almost never a wait for tanning and the massage tables generally have a very small wait time. There’s the free bagels and pizza each month google it which is fun. The most helpful aspect of a membership here is the ability to have one on one training time which can give you the boost you need to reach your fitness goals.
Tanning rooms are smelly, floors are sticky, and there aren't enough hooks to hang clothes bags ect. The massage chairs are also smelly. The women's locker room shower area could really use a curtain as most people are t comfortable being naked in front of complete strangers. I NEVER have been in a more disgusting gym and will canceling my membership. Sad you can't hire staff to clean

Would not work with us on auto renewal fee. My daughter had not gone to Planet Fitness for months because of Plantar Warts. We decided to cancel but they renewed on anniversary date, which is their right. HOWEVER, when we asked for grace because she will not be able to go. We were told, sorry it's in the contract. I understand this in the strictest sense, but their business does not allow for grace or understanding of individual circumstances which is the hallmark of good, fair, and reasonable businesses.
